An evening paddle from the Club into Norwich to Pulls Ferry where we stop for a short break for refreshements and then return to the Club.
It is also an opportunity to decorate your boats (and yourselves?) in a suitable Halloweeny manner, if you wish.
We will aim to be on the water by 6:30pm so please arrive in time to decorate your boats if you want to.
This is a trip for touring kayaks, tandems canoes and experienced solo canoeists and paddle boarders who are able to keep up with the kayaks and canoes.
If you uncertain of whether you have sufficient experience to make the distance - if you have paddled to Hellesdon Mill and back on a club night, then you should be ok. However, there may be opportunity for you to join another paddler in a tandem canoe. If this is of interest to you, then please mention when you sign up. (The return trip to Hellesdon Mill is just under 4 miles, whilst the return trip to Pulls Ferry is around 4.5 miles with a 100m portage at New Mills).
