A paddle at dawn, from Ranworth.
Plan to meet at the car park at Ranworth (here https://maps.app.goo.gl/v72gYC7x1T1aodHk6 ) for 7am latest, with a view to being on the water by 7.30. Sunrise is just after 8am, so we should have plenty of time to be afloat when the sun meets the horizon. We'll paddle past St Benet's Abbey, and aim for the windmill at Thurne, where we can hop out and have something for breakfast. Then we'll turn round and head back.
I'm not planning it as being a particularly long paddle; I'd like us all to be able to enjoy the rest of the day, and have plenty of time for the inevitable Christmas prep! If things go according to plan, we'll all be home for lunchtime!
Hopefully for obvious reasons - I'm going to restrict this to paddlers with their own boats and kit!
