POSTPONED DUE TO HIGH WINDS - CHECK THE FORTHCOMING WINTER PROGRAMME TO SEE THE NEWLY PROPOSED DATE
A trip on the Yare from Bramerton, to Rockland St Mary, a trip of a few miles. We'll call in at Surlingham Staithe en route, where, if you're up for it, we can get out whatever cooking kit you may have, and knock up some lunch. A bit of a change from the norm. (NB packed lunches will of course be accepted!)
We'll meet at Bramerton at 9.30am, here https://maps.app.goo.gl/2gJHAx1t9ZjNVHEi9. Once we're all kitted and ready, we'll shuttle vehicles to the get-out at Rockland St Mary, here https://maps.app.goo.gl/NYKEquCdkUopfKxQA
We'll aim to be on the water for 10.15am, and to have finished the shuttle at the end of the paddle by 3.30pm latest.
The trip is suitable for all kayakers, canoeists and paddleboarders happy with the distance of 11km (7 miles).
